The Rail West of Mong Kok
用熙來攘往、人車爭路可算是最貼切形容今日的旺角，難以想像的是一百年前的旺角是一遍稻田，居民主要以織染布料、裁花種菜來維持生計。染布業衰落後，汽車維修店靜悄悄地開得成行成市；旺角碼頭山東街、彌敦道一帶的交滙點開了不少茶樓、戲院、歌廳；上世紀兩宗轟動一時的械劫案，當年的紅燈區換成今日的朗豪坊；故事員帶你走過他們兒時的足跡，探索當中內人尋味的故事。
When you think of Mong Kok, it is easy to visualize the hustle and bustle of cars and people. Yet, a hundred years ago Mong Kok used to be a paddy field where residents made a living by selling vegetables and flowers and dyeing cloth. After the decline of the dyeing industry, auto repair shops slowly came into existence; dim sum restaurants, theatres and cabarets opened along Shantung Street and Nathan Road; armed robbery incidents happened; the red light district transformed into Langham Place etc. Our storytellers will bring you on a journey through their childhood memories, recalling moments of history as you weave in and out through the concrete jungle of Mong Kok

Stories of Yau Ma Tei
油麻地的地名由來以至整個社區的發展都是深受漁民影響，影響力由早期油尖旺的景貌，延申至後期海濱商業的轉形，每個時期的發展都和漁民息息相關。油尖旺故事導覽帶參加者循著水上居民的足跡，重溫當區居民的各種習性、生活小節、消閒娛樂、相關的商業運作等，找尋地區的小故事，細味當中的人情味，經歷發展所帶來的變遷。
The name and development of Yau Ma Tei are both heavily influenced by the early fishermen in Hong Kong. From the early outlooks of Yau Ma Tei to its transformation into seashore businesses, every stage of development is deeply connected to the fishermen’s lives. The tour brings participants along the footsteps of the boat dwellers, detailing their lifestyles, habits, entertainment, related business protocols etc. to discover local recollections, traces of neighborly camaraderie, and the changes in time
尋找失落園
Finding Neverland
想了解一個社區，也許從居民的消閒娛樂可以窺探一、二。尋找失落園正是以早期油麻地居民的消閒習性和娛樂集散地為題，帶參加者探索這個九龍中較早期發展的華人社區，走過從前居民和商販閒時常到的地方。當中，不乏看到很多城市發展所帶來的面目全非；雖然景物不再依然，但我們還能從榕樹頭、廟街攤檔、街頭賣唱、歌廳、麻雀館等，領悟他們的歡愉；從中對比今惜的消閒的意義。
One way to understand the community is to look at their entertainment and merrymaking lifestyles. Finding Neverland is a tour based on the theme of early entertainment lifestyles of the residents of Yau Ma Tei. Participants journey around Yau Ma Tei to explore one of the earliest developed Chinese communities, walking along the places where residents and business people spend their time and socialize in their free time. Although metropolitan development has greatly changed the outlook of the community, we can still find traces of merrymaking in the storytelling under the Bayan Tree, Temple Street markets, street entertainment, cabarets, mahjong entertainment centers; probing reflections about the role of entertainment in different eras.
步履行間的尖沙咀
Trekking Tsim Sha Tsui
尖沙咀的前半生是英國駐港的軍事重地，到處可見軍營、炮台、水警總部等建築；及後海上貿易開始頻繁；再加上天星小輪於1888年啓航，尖沙咀的發展變得更親民；吸引了不少外藉人仕聚居。80年代開始，尖沙咀被打造成重點旅遊區，發展一日千里，瞬間名店、酒店林立。在這個擁有百年歷史的小區域，發展和保育變得極度對立。故事員帶大家遊歷兩者磨合的痕跡，重新了解尖沙咀的歷史，透過認識歷史建築物，重新思考城市發展與歷史保育有機連結的可能性。
During the period of British colonisation, Tsim Sha Tsui used to be the military base of the British Consulate, resulting in architectural structures like barracks, fortresses and the Marine Police Headquarters. Afterwards, Tsim Sha Tsui became more neighborly and attracted a lot of expatriate residents at the launching of the Star Ferry along with the rising popularity of maritime trade and commerce. Starting from the 80s, Tsim Sha Tsui became a main tourist attraction and since then there was an increase of brand name stores and hotels. In an area with over a hundred years of history, it has been a difficult task to strike a balance between development and preservation of the area. Storytellers will bring participants along the markings and remnants of the struggle between the old and new eras. Through the recollection of Tsim Sha Tsui’s history and artifacts, participants are probed once again to think about the struggle between urbanization and historical preservation

A Taste to Remember
如果想細味社區，你會從何入手﹖遊歷名勝定還是居住當地﹖除了用眼睛去了解一個地方外，認識地道的『飲食』也是不二之門。食之印記的取名是用食作為主線，故事員與您遊走於油蔴地的大街小巷，由大排檔以至筵席，認識上一代的飲食文化和習慣，和您細說區內飲食文化的前世今生，細味這個社區的人生百態、社會變遷。
If you would like to understand a community, how would you go about it? Visit the tourist spots or live there for a while? Rather than experiencing through visual means, why not strive for a ‘taste’ of the community? A Taste to Remember is a tour evolving around the theme of food. Storytellers will bring participants along the streets and lanes of Yau Ma Tei – from small street restaurants to high-end feasts – and discover the food culture of our previous generations, the intriguing history of food and open our minds for a taste of the complicated matrix of culture and history in this ever-changing community.
